Cancellation

No Waiver

You acknowledge that you use this Site at your own risk. Connection Training will issue refund within 30 days of purchase of a Home Study Course or other online information. After 30 days, Connection Training cannot offer any refund for these purchases.

Physical Product Refund Policy
You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (price of product plus sales tax if applicable). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please note, DVDs that have been opened and any products that have been used will not be accepted.
